Day 1:  Arrive Syracuse

Arrive early in Syracuse and make sure to visit the awesome Erie Canal Museum and spend time exploring Clinton Square.

Day 2:  Rochester to Newark

Cycling:   35 Miles

You’ll begin your day with a tour of the Susan B. Anthony House & Museum, from there it’s on to spectacular High Falls and lunch in Rochester. After lunch you’ll cycle the Genesee River Trail to connect with the Erie Canal Trail enjoying incredible scenery as you ride along to charming Newark, our destination for the evening.

Day 3:  Newark to Seneca Falls

Cycling:        25 Miles

Today we’ll cycle along the Erie Canal and through gorgeous farm lands of Upstate NY as we make our way to Seneca Falls enjoying beautiful scenery along the way. In Seneca Falls you have time to explore the charming downtown area. In the evening we take to the water for an incredible canal dinner cruise (casual).

Day 4: Historic Tour of Seneca Falls & Wine Country Bike Tour

Cycling:    30 Miles

Today’s ride will take you to the Women’s Rights National Park, Women’s’ National Hall of Fame and The Elizabeth Cade Seton House. From there it’s on to wine country and an afternoon on gorgeous Cayuga Lake.

Day 5: Seneca Falls to Syracuse

Cycling:    35 Miles

After two fabulous days in Seneca Falls, today we’ll cycle our way back to Syracuse. First up is Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge, one of North America’s most significant bird migratory routes. From there we’re back on the awesome Erie Canal where we’ll cycle through several amazing canal parks boasting beautiful locks, aqueducts and bridges.
