We’ll cycle through the gorgeous, pristine reaches of the Laurentides, as we part from the Riviere Rouge as the trail now intertwines with the Riviere Du Nord. At mile 30, we’ll stop for a leisurely lunch in charming Val-David where you’ll want to pop into the quaint shops before jumping back on the trail. Upon reaching St. Jerome we’ll have time to wander and to view the town’s beautiful Namesake cathedral.  We then have a short shuttle to our hotel in Laval where relaxing in their manicured gardens and  a dip in the beautiful outdoor pool awaits!
